The process
You’ll start with 2 months of full-time training in payments, financial crime, core banking, business analysis, and quality assurance skills.
Then, you’ll join high-impact payment projects for the following 6 months. You’ll collaborate closely with RedCompass Labs teams at client locations and engage directly with client stakeholders.
After that, you’ll graduate and become a full-time employee.

Who can apply
You should have the following:
1-3 years
experience in banking or technology
Based in Pune
with a passion for payments and AI.
Analysts
either Quality Assurance or Business Analysis in the payments domain.
Excellent communication
in English and the ability to effectively collaborate with global teams.
